'Stilleven' group exhibition at Pertwee Anderson & Gold
I absolutely adored the 'Stilleven' exhibition at Pertwee Anderson & Gold which brought together a stunning collection of work from Simon Ward, Alexander James, Laurent Craste, Christos Tolera and Nancy Fouts.

'Joze London' @ The Library Space
It was amazing to see the image of my rabbit Bobsicle by Simon Ward exhibited at the 'Joze London' exhibition in Battersea! I also loved the painted aeroplanes by Antonio Riello.

R.I.P. Bobsicle
My rabbit Bobsicle died in the winter of 2009.
His death was premature and extremely traumatic and upsetting for me that I cried for days until I could no longer physically make anymore tears...even thinking about him now makes me teary eyed.
I had always intended that when Bobsicle should pass away the image of him would be immortalised by Simon Ward. When the time did come it was harder than I had ever imagined, but here is the final beautiful image by Simon Ward...

Rude Britannia @ Tate Britain
It's so easy to forget about the beauty of hand rendered illustration in the digital world that I find myself in, so seeing Gerald Scarfe's illustrations at the Rude Britannia exhibition was greatly refreshing for me.

Nina Saunders

I had previously stumbled across Nina Saunders work on the internet, but I was very fortunate to view one of her pieces in the flesh after a recent visit to the Very Sanderson exhibition at the Fashion and Textiles museum. I love the dripping Dali effect given to these traditional pieces of furniture and taxidermy always gets a big thumbs up from me!

A New Romance @ ADA Gallery

I recently attended the A New Romance private view at the ADA Gallery. The private view was lots of fun and fantastically busy...which basically means that I didn't get to see that much of the work. So I decided to revisit the show today and catch it at a time when it wasn't full of loud drunk people rinsing out the free bar. A beautiful show sensitively curated by Christos Tolera with some truely beautiful and provocative pieces.
